My convertible was taken in for a 2 hour windshield replacement and three hours later I was called with a "problem". They had lowered the roof (I had not been notified that this would be necessary) and it was stuck half way open. I brought my car to Tire Kingdom on several occasions, every time i went there it was another big catastrophe. Fist I needed all new tires, second time my belts were ready to snap, third time my shocks were bad. I own a IFB fully automatic washing machine. Due to its quality working, I sparingly use it ; especially for washing heavy bed sheets. The local service centre at Ernakulam, Kadavanthra, Kerala, India had collected two years contract amount for extended warranty. Since last three weeks I am desperately waiting for their technician to come and attend some leakage complaint. Nothing happened so far except my futile waiting.
