After receiving a surgery from Dr. Jules A. Feledy based off of what he termed "charity" I have received numerous bills from him. Aside from the fact that he told me I would not receive any bills for follow-up visits, I have contacted his lawyer many times to discuss this issue and received no response. My complaint pertains to IFB Elite fully automatic washing machine bought in August 2006. Last year the washing machine was under Annual maintenance contract (AMC). I used my debit card to pay off my girlfriends DMV surcharge. Noticed charges totaling $4.95 debited to my account and I assumed it was related to the surcharge payment. Two weeks later $130.94 was deducted from my account. My girlfriend states she got a call from Age Invisible and/or mineral elements offering samples. She told them she did not have a credit card and could not pay for delivery. My assumption is that they either hacked my card info, somebody at the DMV passed this to them, or my girlfriends an idiot. We purchased a Kent RO system in August 2009, which has been having problems with water purification performance ever since October 2009 onwards. We would need to make atleast half a dozen phone calls for a service person to attend to it. To top it, he would identify the problem to replacement of candles etc (within such a short period?!), but he would not have the spare part with him, nor would he promptly replace the spare part shortly. That would require another half a dozen calls. I am terribly upset with my purchase.
