This company says that they will help you build you custom home. They don't tell you is that your stuck with them if you don't like them. We designed our home with them and as the plans were drawn we started to realize them we were doing all the work. One of the owner’s sons does the drawings but he is not an architect and we went thru a lot of round to get the plans right. On my monthly AT&T phone bill I have a charge from a company called WWW.CYBERTUBE.TV, LLC with a phone number of 1 800 433-4518 to call if I have a dispute or question about the charge. I upgraded one of my computers to Norton 360 V4 to evaluate the performance against the older version, 360 V3. The issue I have now with V4 is the amount of spam I receive. V3 running on the other computers has a fraction of the spam and I mean 1 spam email compared to 10 or 12 spam emails with V4. I contacted Norton support. What a joke. I have had a number of emails (+8) or so saying they will contact me. No one has contacted me. I saw this product ad on MySpace. I signed up for the free trial at $3.87. NOWHERE in the ad did it say "Ten days to cancel membership". I was not aware that I was signing up for a "membership". The product arrived, there was still NOTHING in the package to indicate that there was a "ten day cancellation" period. No paperwork whatsoever!!! This product is extremely strong. I was purchasing car parts and having them shipped to Canada and had no problems for at least a year. Was going to place an order with company but became suspicious when they would only contact me by email only. They post on their website a phone number and also live chat that never works and good luck on getting a phone call back. When finally days later getting a email response back from this alleged company they are general with their answers and very unhelpful. All of their positive feedback is last dated in 2007. Be very careful with this alleged website. About a month ago I ordered a bundle of cigars from Thompson. Within the month almost the entire bundle was growing mold and had spread to other cigars not ordered from their company. Went I wrote to customer service their response was it was our fault for not properly taking care of the humidor. We have had it for a few years and this was the 1st problem we had. I contracted this company to deliver a motorcycle I purchased online and was told the pickup date at the sellers would be on the 20th of may. on the 20th, they called and stated that the driver had just left that area and that now the pickup would be within the next 14 days. Went into the office with a cavity. The dentist drilled for a while and then said she couldn't fill the tooth it had to have a root canal. No choice sitting in the chair with a drilled out tooth. they don't put on crowns there, they use an "onlay" which looked awful. 4 visits and the cost was over $2, 000. For some reason, it wasn't delivered until after the wedding although there are 3 business days available after I purchased it. Itunes is for the most part an excellent programme that works well and has high quality with a nice user interface, however there are several parts of it that are simply design flaws and are ranging from slightly irritating to genuinely infuriating. My specific complaint is that my iTunes decided to uninstall itself from my computer, not a big issue because I can just re install it and now it works fine. Never go to this dealership, Nemet Motors Nissan. They do bait and switch and lie to you. I purchased my used 2005 Nissan Armada from this dealer in 2007 and bought an extended warrantee with it. Lion Resorts is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. The staff were rude, patronising, unhelpful and completely ruined our holiday, which was our wedding and honeymoon. I needed a new heating/air conditioning service and I contacted them 4 times and was put on hold, or disconnected, then when I got through I was told a Rep was going to call me. When he finally does, after 5-6 days I still don't have a price for this unit. I am surprised they act like they don't need the business.
