the budget rental truck broke down during transit of an expedited shipment from Ny to TN. the road side service stated he would be there in 45 minutes and it ended up taken him 5 hours to get out there. Need less to say the shipment was late and the company deducted 800.oo dollars from the shipment and the truck was keep out two additional days for this. I called budget a numerous of times and they said all they could do was take 15% of the rental. that is poor customer service. The inground pool located 50' from my door was under demolition preparing for rebuild. Besides the noise of commercial air compressors and jackhammers starting at 7:00 in the morning the contractor made it unsafe for travel between our door and the street. Compressors feeding 100 psi of air into two 1" frayed and damaged airlines running 7 jackhammers were strechted from the parking garage, past my door, down the steps, to the main entrance and across. Before I left, damaged lines resulted in one breakage. Additionally none of the iron couplers had any safety clips that they were designed with. CPS is very unprofessional. Ok these people calls me daily sometimes 3 times a day. I owe 3 payments yes 3 payments and some unheard of amount in late fees. I received an call from a former co-worker that these cps folks had been calling my former employer. I notified cps of me being laid-off yet they still call my old employer. WOW... I'm behind 1 note so I have 3 payments instead of 2 left. I started a very small online retail store a month ago (May 2010) and told Bank of America that I was looking to experiment with different vendors just to see how businesses operate and how to do normal operations. I told them I had no idea if I would make money or not. They had me sign an amendment to waive the early termination fee so I would agree to try them out. This company continuously mailed books to our home. Each package was unopened and immediately returned to sender. At times, even our mail carrier asked us if we wanted the package left and he returned it directly to the post office. We were sent invoices for these books. We called Heritage Family Library, explained we did not want the books, asked them to discontinue sending them and also explained that each shipment we received was returned unopened. On 6/8/2010 check #756 was used to withdraw money from my checking account in the amount of $34.19 along with a $35.00 over draft fee and I did not AUTHORIZE this I called today and was given a cancellation #5090004. The other day my boyfriend and I went to Classic Jack's for dinner. We had heard good things, but we were sorely disappointed. They broken my locking wheel nuts, and refused to replace them. My mother in law took her chevy blazer into trutech automotive in debary florida back in may to have the flywheel changed, they cracked the oil pan, put JB Weld on to cover it up and then they did not even tighten the bolts up when they were done. Had to take it to a real shop to have it done the right way. It started leaking oil when the JB Weld broke thank God the tech this time knew what had happened and how to properly fix it.. We booked two rooms for us (retired couple) and a room for my elderly sister. We were seperated by another room.At 1 am 4 men arrived in the room between and started fighting and swearing loudly for two hours. Then started again at 6 am. We went down to the desk in the AM to complain and didn't want to spend another night and they agreed to a refund. However, they refused to give us the refund. Bad Business Practices. I purchased a used Volkswagen EOS Convertible from Mike Haggerty Volkswagen in Chicago. The car had 24, 000 miles on it. Since I purchased it, I have had to return to the dealership 6 times within 3 months for repairs. Most of the problems I believe have been caused by a faulty electrical system however Volkswagen will not look into it. I have attempted to talk to the managers and owner about my concerns however the response I get is pretty much deal with it! I am very frustrated and pissed! I hired Ben Rinker to install and repair outdoor lighting at my business in Mount Cobb. We have repeated have had to call him to come back out to fix the lights which are always malfunctioning. I tried for about a week just to get basic information from this place about buying a dining table. The employee was very unresponsive and I had to keep recontacting her to try to get assistance. The few responses I did get were very generic and unhelpful. It didn't appear she was interested in our business, so we went elsewhere.
