I hired Willy Cruz and the Island Boys steel drum band to complete my idea of the perfect wedding day. I went over everything with Willy, listened to an MP3 of him performing and gave him detailed instructions. For what ever reason he subcontracted my wedding day out to another band. I went to David Kleiman after hearing advertising that was completely false. The advertising said a price that was at least half of what they wanted from me after going there for an exam. There is nothing special about the lasik I need and they are complete liars, yes Dr. David Kleiman is a liar. You can see through the whole process what they are up to and at the end they tell me the procedure is going to cost almost 5000 dollars after advertising less than half of that. I order a pair of 6x9 speaker enclosures from this company back in April, on the 12th to be exact. They sent an e-mail stating it was shipped on the 13th of April. On June 11th I sent a complaint that it is taking to long. They replied that the item was back ordered. I then replied "Why did you state it was shipped on the 13th of April?". I applied the E-Life Triple Play on 31st June 2010. Etisalat confirmed everything will be done within next 2 days as the area (Al Reef, Abu Dhabi), I stay is ready with fiber optic cable system. My new Car CD-radio unit isn't working properly. It doesn't play or eject CDs. Also, I wasn't able to get the unit to play music from an I-pod that was connected via USB. I own a 1997 Cadillac Catera, it broke down, I had it towed to this company, due to it's location. Company told me my engine was no good, needed to be replaced. We rented a 31 camper from Woodlands Camper & RV over Memorial Weekend. They were very nice when we picked it up and explained everything involved. In 2003 I had purchased a 2003 Caviler from Williams kia in traverse city Michigan. In November of 2005 I had traded it in for 2005 Kia Sedona. Which I would have never done if I knew where I was going to be today. Very poor and sloppy interior paint job to 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Paint was on security system room monitors, furniture, and carpet. Paint was also on bed comforters and linens. Wow...where to begin. I spent a good 2 months organzing my house and packing my belongings. Purchased a Troy-Bilt Lawn Edger Model TBE575 and have used it less than 25 hours. After having to replace two belts, it stopped working altogether and I was informed by the repair shop that it was not worth fixing. Getting Troy-Bilt customer service to respond, by e-mail, phone or letter is fruitless. Troy-Bilt used to make reliable products when they were factory order only.
