I sent a sell back order to Valore Books a little over a month ago, and still no word from them. Not even a confirmation email. They assure you it takes up to 14 days to receive your package, when it's a lie. My family had filter demonstration from Aqua Smart on April 3rd, 2010. First, instead of promised one hour it lasted 3 hours. When they were convinsing to buy a filtering system from them we said that we would need time to think about it. These guys came to my house and took out he wrong tree, then told me that they had to charge me to grind out the remaining stump. On top of that they damaged my driveway and left a huge pile of mulch where the tree used to be and tried to charge more to remove it. I should have known better than to just use them because of the price. In the future I will ask for references before I hire anyone to work onmy property. I hired rainmangutters and roofing to install my gutters, these people were recommended by service magic. Rainman gutters keeps giving me the run around about repairing the gutters on my home that they installed and is now coming loose from the face board. these people keep telling me they'll take care of it but they never show up, They keep giving piss poor excuses one after another. Do not use rainman gutters...you can find better. The Fremont Theater, the Mission Cinemas and Downtown Centre 7 Cinema in San Luis Obispo is now $11.50, that's right a $11.50 per ticket, not exceptions. That's what they charge. Purchased stump removal and three inch Redbud tree in June 2009. Warranty is for one year. May 2010 only the bottom half of the tree leaved. Top half was dead and branches dry. I purchased an advertised as new HP laptop for $459.00 as a graduation gift for my daughter and a few months later it completely died on her. I called HP and found out that it is a refurbished unit and that it only has a 90 day warranty. I bought two 275/35 19 bridgestone RFT tires from VYC Tires in PA on EBAY on May 18th. The tires they sent me were not the tires I had originally bought. The tires sent were old and worn and uneven tread. I returned the tires and spend $40 on shipping. Also, they charged me a 15 percent re-stocking fee and did not credit me the original shipping of the tires. I lost $100 on this. I called and spoke to Radi and the manager Julio. They did not care and refused to credit me the full amount. Today, I looked on EBAY and the tires I had returned to them are back on EBAY with different pictures. Staff and doctors at The Doctor iz in in West New York lack professionalism and passion to help patients. Their ordering system sucks you in by telling you the item will ship right away, and then *after* your credit card has been charged, they tell you it will be more like a month. Then, when you cancel the order, they give you a cancellation confirmation number but go ahead and ship the item anyway, so that it will be next to impossible to get a refund. The incident occurred at 13:00 on June 18. My husband and I walked into the store to look at evening gowns. There were two salespeople (women) in the store. Neither bothered to greet us when we entered the store and neither asked us if we needed any assistance. The young woman at the register didn't look up at all. The older woman got up and followed us only after we walked toward the back of the store. She followed us like a hawk after two voles but said absolutely nothing. Of course, we left empty handed. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy! The couches that were delivered arrived damaged and poorly constructed, and now they refuse to issue a refund even though their own policy states that a full refund will be issued if the furniture is damaged during delivery. There is a hole on the couch, seams are coming apart, the fabric is loose and dirty. There is a paint stain that goes along the entire top of the couch... they look used and cheap.
