Oct. 27 2009 I called in to get a payoff letting BOA know that quicken loans just approved me to get out of my 7.7% mortgage to a new fixed rate at 5.1/8%. The rep from BOA said he also had a program to lower payments. After answering his questions he said I was approved for a lower payment. Since signing up with Knology, we have had continually poor Tv reception. We have had many repair people to correct this problem. They have installed new cable to some of the rooms, they have instlalled a booster, they have said that each time our signal strength was okay then the next guy would say it was terrible. These people have been charging my checking account for various amounts for at least 3 months. I am very ill and didn't notice this until after 3 months my account went into over draft, costing me an extra 180 dollars.
