Upon the return of your vacum I was charged 150.00 when I called to see why I was told that it took me too long to return the broken unit. It matters not how long it took to return the unit but I feel it was inappropriate for your company to charge after the fact. I was searching for replacement parts for the Little Tikes Inside/Outside Cook 'n Grill Kitchen. I only need the fridge and cabinet doors. They only sell 3 different packages of replacement parts and they want $68.00 for what I need. This is the second time I have tried to purchase livestock from OK Feeds and the second time I have had dead animals within 4 days. This time the entire crop was dead within 3 days. Lg has violated the terms of warranty for not having replaced/rectified the defective air intake(inlet grille). Complaints were registered with dealer at Palampur, Service Center at Dharamsala (Kangra) area service sCenter at Chandigarh, Zonal service center at Noida and 1800-180-9999.Till date excepting of getting the damage inspected no remedial action by Lg nor any intimation of the outcome of my grievance has been received from Lg. This Duct Cleaning Company advertises a low $39.99 then tries to convice you to paymore when they arrive. They multiply the number of returns at your home by the low attractive offer. On top of that they hook up their loud equipment after little "preping". The equipment is actually not sucking out anything, but making a lot of vaccum noise. I caught this deception by being very curious and observant. It seems many of the duct Cleaning Companies are doing the same smoke and mirrors Scam.
