I was charged for my viper car starter to be taken out when they told me upon installation that there is a lifetime warranty on the product, (especially to pull it out). I bought a model 919.167312 upright Air compressor around jan 2005. In a couple of weeks the bearing and fan went out. The plastic fan disintegrated. Because there is no Sears repair shop in Dubuque Iowa I decided it would be less hassle and quicker to just purchase the parts and fix the compressor myself . Hi i am a new client to johnson insurance and on this past friday our home filled with sewer back-up and then hours later we were flooded out.
