I had bought a series of products that was discounted in the fish department. The value was not very much and I prepared two of the items for dinner, and had one ready for the morning since I usually must rush out and needed a quick meal. When I opened the package the fish was spoiled. I threw it away. Taking it to the store is a problem since I have a bum leg and can only handle so much walking in a day. Today, the 17th of June, I bought the same and took it home and the date for freshness is the 20th. When I opened the package the products smelled a bit rancid. I have been a customer of Tropar Airflyte Recognition Awards since 1999. This is a no non-sense company that despite years of patronage, there are no exceptions to their policies. Recently had a credit cards issued that was not updated on their system. When I placed an order I was told two day delivery, just barely in time for me to deliver to my customer. Purcased two phones on the 25th of August, recieved an email confirmation, tracking number and my credit card was charged in full on the 26th of August. On the 28th I recieved an email that the silver L6 was not in stock, but they would upgrade me to a black L6. The Black L6 was selling for $15 less, so I ask how this was an upgrade and no one could answer me. Decided to simply have one item shipped. They credit ed me the amount of the the Silver L6, but not the shipping and handling charge, thereby charging me $27.00 for shipping and handling. I asked hailey to repair some major plumbing problems I had. He took 3x's as long to complete the job as he orginally promised, asked for more money every week. and was very inconsiderate as well as disrespectful. I would not reccomend using his services. He is a rip off and does not complete the tasks at hand. We had to hire another contractor to finish and fix what he did and didn't do.. please be very careful about choosing your contractors. I purchased a Patio set made by Sun Bridge patio furniture under the label of "Better Homes & Garden" product line and sold by Wal-Mart. The product came with a 3 yr warranty. I have owned the product for 2 yrs 2 mo. It was used seasonally here and very well taken care of. This season as we ready to use the set, we noticed the windings that held the cushions up was breaking and unwinding. Needless to say, it is unusable to us now. Once I went to reload my Netspend pre-paid card and they told me it was closed...but then again they have a huge sign that says 24 hours outside. Just checked my bank account online which I do several times a month, I found a charge for $55.13 for VESTA/T-MOBILE that shows to be POS (Point of sale/online?) which I did not authorize. I have five phones with Verizon and have had Verizon for 12 years for my mobile service. I have noticed several other issues with other people having problems with VESTA for unauthorized charges. My father purchased AmpliEar and was not pleased with the product as it did not help his hearing. The product was returned within the 30 day requirement, as advertised. This was back in March. This company seeme to be holding funds with the excuse there is some kind of risk involoved. I processed a payment of $1, 524.65 USD, the customer used a Visa in Spain and Federated is saying they are unable to get through to the bank over there. I contacted my customer in Spain and they contacted their bank and the bank said the funds had left their account and they gave me a confirmation number. I called Federated and had to leave a message telling them this at their risk management department and they havent' returnred the call. I just received a letter from RJM Aquisitions at my job and it was opened by our accounting department. This debt wasa from 2001 and I filed chapter 13, this debt should be gone and they have picked it up trying to collect money and in the mean time aired my business where I work. I called the 800 number to book a room and ask for a specific mattress because of a bad back. The 1st person I talked to was very rude and I told them that I would call back and talk to someone else. We had a fiberglass "Leisure Pool" installed last year by John Buchler of JPB Fiberglass Pools / JPB Contractors. It took quite a while for completion, so basically JPB just ended up closing the pool last year. The appointment was made weeks ago. I made special trips to obtain, fill-out and then return paperwork ahead of time for efficiency.
