There is no phone no. on their website and trying to contact them through live chat is a waste because no one is ever available. Ordered gate from Troy's Ironcraft. I just read a 2009 complaint regarding the same issue with this company. My gate was the wrong size. Also, very rude and offensive toward me after I complained to them. I would not do any business with this company. The other complaint listed about them is very believable after my experience. On facebook tonight I was reading where a soilder had called hp about a printer and the technician told the soilder that he would have to charge him for the information that he would give him to fix his printer.
