Gayle Justice is a dog thief. She stole my dog! She was to take the dog for 6-8 weeks and train for $1500 (boarding included). She did not respond to emails or phone calls month after month when I attempted to get my dog back. After more than a year I told her I was getting the police involved and amazingly I heard from her. She then proceeded to tell me I owed her over a years worth of boarding at $300 a month plus $2000 for training. I purchased Cyber Defender last night after seeing several ads on TV about MyCleanPC.com. I went there and was rerouted to Cyber Defenders sit. I down loaded is and ran it. Found 233 errors. To fix the errors I had to but the license code. I did this. Figured I would give it a try. After having to talk to a tech to get the software to run, it reported fixing the errors. After reading numerous complaints on this website...I see that GEMB/LOWE'S Home Improvement has screwed alot of people. There has got to be something that can be done about companies who have bad business practices that harm the consumer. Aren't there consumer protection agencies? I to had my account, which was in good standing with a zero balance closed without notification. I'm pretty pissed off about this, especially since Lowe's is the only home improvement store in my area locally. For one year I have had a Lowe's Credit card, paid my payments on-time. I was granted credit by Lowe's GEMB after I purchased my home a year ago. Now, I find out that Lowe's used GEMB to review my credit and because of medical bills/delinquient payments, GEMB, and Lowe's revoked my credit and cards. The admissions rep fraudulently represented the "after graduation" employment numbers, the accreditation of the school, and the school loan process. You do not learn the facts until after your money has been paid. The admission reps receive a bonus when their students graduate. I went on vacation a week ago, and decided to pamper myself for the day. I went to the Vinoy Spa Club and paid for a facial and hot stone massage. I had to move 3 times because some employee couldn't find the right room. Then after my facial, the therapist demanded I give her a tip for her services, I refused. I worked with hatch and FEDEX contracted them out. I would go in everyday and so up on time and the supervisor Richard would send a couple of us home due to lack of work. I purchased decking material from Cali Bamboo that does not preform as they advertised. It was install with there fastening system, properly space, and to their specification. Yet, the material is cupping, splintering, and drying out. I was told that the maintenance schedule would be every 7 years, and only for UV protection to maintain color.
