My recent purchasing experience at Brock Ford in Niagara Falls was a complete nightmare. Two different sales associates completely mislead me into thinking I was going to get incentives that they knew I did not qualify for. One of the associates Bill Utting told me I could just use that incentive money as a down payment and I would get it back in a couple weeks knowing full well that I wouldnt. When I expressed my concerns to the manager John Dill I was met with a cocky arrogant attitude and basically told that I was out of luck and that I was just going to have to take the hit. I worked for D & T Sales selling the Advanage Wonder Cleaner. The company would have you in very hot weather conditions day and night. They did not bring you food or water. The owners wife would talk to you with very little respect. In most instances they were taking advantage of people. When the stains were removed it was because we mixed all of the cleaners together and we would sell the customer only one of the cleaners and the product would not work. When we were let go from the company, you would be left at the bus station would no money or a ticket home. On 2/2/10 a hot water heater burst in a condo above ours, flooding our entire unit. We were not insured. We place a claim with the owner's insurance company. After their investigation, they notified us that the owners of the condo above us called their service company, letting them know that their hot water heater was leaking. The service company (ECM), came on 1/29/10 and tightened a knob, claiming it was now fixed. These companies are know to try in every way to avoid replacing big items. Our family has stayed with this company every year for almost a decade. They have been courtesy, helpful and every house has been great. We especially liked out stay in Seattle. The sales person did a great job in explaining the place. The housekeeper was very pleasant. We did see them evict some renters from a house next door when we complained that the group was partying late at night. We were very thankful that the Sunspots managers were not adverse to risking unhappy guests when those guests were so obnoxious. I don't think you could find a more courtesous bunch of people.
