I signed up with USMS for credit card processing. The representative, who approched me spoke of transaction fees, benefits, a three year contract, monthly fees. He did not tell me that he was representing two different companies: US Merchants Systems and Lease Finance Group. We have done business with Modern Art Jewelers. We can say with certainty that they lie, cheat, and steal. Haig Istambulion is especailly unethical. They do not honor any agreements that they make to you and we believe they have broken the law several times. I would be more specific about what they did to me, but I fear retaliation. I purchased a 2007 ford explorer in October of 2007 and have nothing but trouble with the sun visor's the mirror portion it put in so poorly that when I got the vehicle the door over the mirror on the passenger side fell off and the dealer promptly had it fixed then about a year later the drivers sun visor mirror fell out, again the dealer got it replaced. Now just the other day the sun visor mirror has fallen out on the passenger side. For what a new vehicle costs one would think that ford could provide a better sun visor. I needed the carpet to be cleaned and I got an advertising saying they do the cleaning of 2 rooms plus a small hall for $39.95. They came and after measuring the lenght and wide of rooms without moving any furniture the total # 390.00! They offered $370 if paying on cash! Why they advertised that prize when they are going to charge ten times over that? They say the $39.95 is going to be just the cost of regualr maintenance, and the work that day will be deep cleaning!!! Right price point, but on first day can see many weaknesses. Appears that one great vacuum engineer built a terrific bagless system and then three engineers followed behind making the plastic thinner and the accessories cheaper. Bissell promotes no more bags, but only offers disposabe $12 HEPA media. Other brands may offer this as washable. I purchased the Troy built riding lawn mower less than a year ago from Lowe's. Four times the compression release valve and camshaft has been replaced 3 times, well, today it has broken again, I have only mowed with this maybe 8 times. I was have car problem call AAA to tow my car to a auto repair shop Due to I am a AAA member. Once AAA towing arived the drive reconmended that Falcon auto center is contracted with aaa and really does great work. On my somewhat frequent trips to Maggio IGA I have found that the owner, Brian Maggio, constanly makes comments about womens breasts or other parts of their body to male shoppers or other male coworkers. I no longer shop at Maggio IGA, due to the frequent comments about me as well. My husband has also recieved comments from Brian about me and about our sex life.
