I am an existing user of Tata Indicomm. Over the last 3 weeks, there service has been disrupted more than 4 times. Every time there service gets disrupted, it takes more than 4 days for the same to be rectified. Also, they are always late by a day to come to your place and rectify your complaint. I was in a tight spot this past March, so I contacted Little Loan Shop for a $500 loan. I have been paying $175 biweekly for the past 3 months. I have to date paid $1050 for the loan. The refrigerator we purchased was delivered with more damage than was present when we purchased it. Upon delivery, the invoice had been falsified to make it look like we signed for it in that condition. The delivery person had us talk to his manager (on the phone) who assured us that the damaged handle would be replaced within a few days and that the store would make amends for the extra damage. WE book at package with Air Gorilla last year for a trip to Rome, Italy for November 2009. It said in all the paperwork that the air tickets were refundable and we are still waiting for the refund. We complained with the BBB and got nowhere, the air gorilla guy said that we should go and try to get the refund from USAirways and USAirways said they have nothing to do with it, the travel agency should take care of it.
