I ordered a 1GB 533 MHz (PC4200) memory module from ShopBySytem an authorized reseller for Gateway Computer. What I received was a 1 GB 667MHz (PC5300) memory module. The PC5300 would work in my computer but only if it was the only module in the macine. It would not work when combined with the two existing PC4200 modules which was of no value to me as I had wanted a totla of 3 GBs. Macy's is processing customer's payment a day or two after the due date, so they can charge late fees. although, macy's deducted the funds from customer's checking accounts several days prior. On viewing my computer last January A FLASH appeared on my screen telling me I had won a holiday worth 3000 dollars and to ring a number. With disbelief I rang the number and before I knew it they had my credit card details. I have been debited 650 Euros initially, and in March discovered that my account had been debited a further 700 Euros, to my dismay I receive my Credit Card Statement today 20th July 2010 and see that I am again debited another 700 Euro. For the past 6 months I have been getting calls from these people via "unknown numbers". The caller asks if I am getting my magazines, and I tell them I recieve none, and ordered none. On Dec. 27 we were in Mazatlan, Mexico and really having a great time with our family. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and provided transportation back to our hotel at the El Cid Beach and Marina Yacht Club. Every time that I go there when I sign in at the sign in sheet, I get harassed by one of the volunteers. She's an older woman and she sits behind the counter and makes sure that we all sign in. Paid by credit card in the shop. they charged me twice. I had to phone 4 times before the owner said he'll find out and phone me back. He asked me if I did not understand english when I asked him again if he was really going to phone me back this time?! Just a bad, snotty attitude. Car dealers often get a bum rap as being a bit sleezy, but in this case it was true. First, I was sold a used car under false pretenses. ABS was an important option for me, and the dealership assured me the car had this feature. It did not, which I realized a few days after the purchase. I asked the dealership to unwind the deal and give me back by trade in. They would not. My only recourse was to trade this car in for another, which of course ended up costing me a lot more money. I ordered a building from Super Steel Buildings in March 2010, and was charged for changes and Engineering in the amount of $7, 401.49. When I had not heard from them by mid June I attempted to contact them only to find their telephones shut down. Since therer is no way to contact them It looks like fraud to me. On July 18th, 2010 we discovered that the sump pump in our basement failed and the basement had flooded. We called Drain Rescue and they sent out a representative to review the situation. He advised he could replace the pump for $700. I had priced sump pumps earlier that morning and questioned the price since I had found several 1/3 HP (similar pumps) costing between $130 and $250. I received my ad on Tuesday and they had great meat deals buy 1 get one so I decided to go to south Venice to buy my groceries which is 15 miles out of my way. I get there and yes they had buy 1 get one but they jacked up the price to 6.98 a pound (for chicken breast) if you purchased it individually so the savings was a joke. Pritchett's Flooring America/Cenlar was issued a State Farm check on June 4, 2010 for installation and repairs for damages to a homeowner. On 6/6/10 this check was mailed (overnight with a return overnight postage paid) to Cenlar for their endorcement and asked to mail back to Pritchett's.
