Having bought the Moto Droid 6 months ago, I am completely put off to future products after how cheap the slide out keyboard it. I am already on my 3rd phone, needing a 4th replacement as we speak. i was looking on the usps site and was directed to call an 800 number to get a study guide to take the Postal Battery Exam. they charged me $114 and sent me a study guide. after reading through it though there was no where in my state to take the test or at least nowhere even remotely close to me. after calling them to explain this they said the only way to get a refund is to fail the test. but of course there is nowhere for me to take the test. so thats that according to them. i cant take the test so i dont get a refund. i feel very cheated by this and am hoping someone here can help me. read full review »

Empire School touched up my roots on 7/15/2010 around 3:20pm. No patch test was done by the student or the (1) teacher who was overseeing several students. The teacher, not the student mixed the product and toner. The roots lifted very fast but came out orange/red. (I did state on several occasions that my hair pulls red but not to the teacher). We had paid in advance (Godzilla Fest) for a corner room King bed with a sleeper sofa & a view of the airport, since I have two small boys who love airplanes. Took my mini van for a complete detail service before selling it- they put a hole in the driver side leather seat and refused to admit responsibility, pay for the damage or refund my money in full. The manager and owner both said the employee who cleaned the seats (and said she didnt do it) has worked there for 10 years- basically saying she wouldnt lie but that makes me a liar then- That hole was not there when I left the car w/them and ironically enough the vacuum hose nozzle they use for cleaning the seats fit perfectly in the hole on the seat- we even showed the owner and the manager.
