Worst hosting ever. I would never recommend cloudnext.com 1st they are affiliated to node4.co.uk which they only operate 9 am till 5 pm and is not 25/7 support. no payment notifications are sent so server will be suspended without any prior warning. I have had 6 downtimes totalling upto 36 hours or more. They even changed my server password so i could not log in and left me stranded in the dark as my site was down for many ours..i had a reply after 2 days. I emailed them to reset my pass..they had no clue what i was on about. We had to many issues with cloudnext.com affiliated to node4.co.uk please avoid both companies.

I have paid the whole money for Internet connection 6 dayz before and really had a urgent requirement of internet, employee named Mr.Sachin at Indore branch has promised us they will install everything on next day or maximum in 2 days and now its almost 6 days from the day i have paid and nothing is done from their part.Now they are not even picking up the call and not giving any sort of feedback .I am feeling completely CHEATED by them, plz help me if there is anyone responsible people left in your company. read full review »

On June 16, 2010 I was on line looking for information on my medical problem. I found a general answer on line but wanted a better one so up pops just answer so I go on it. They say if you do not accept the answer they give you there is no charge. They fail to tell you that they will charge you first to make sure you have the money in the bank just in case you agree with the answer you get. My credit card agreement states I am to get 3% rebate for my gasoline purchases. My bill reflects only a small portion of my gas purchases were recognized for this credit. On inquiry to American Express, they stated that my purchase of "automated fuel disp" by ASTRO (a gas company) would not be credited with this rebate "because the company's original registration with American Express did not state they were a gas station".

We called this company to schedule our move. They scheduled the move for 12 the next day and said they would call an hour before to let us know they were on their way. When 11 o'clock rolled around we did not receive a call. We waited thirty minutes and then called but received no response. We left a message just figuring that they were on another move. We called several more times after they did not show up. Our phone calls were never returned.

I was on an U.S airways plane on July 23, 2010. My plane was a transferring plane from Dallas(DFW) to Washington D.C(DCA) all the way to New York(LGA). My airplane number was us 3336 to washington and us 2170 to New York. The flight attendant told me that they could not fit in anymore luggages on board so they made a couple of other people and i to give them our luggages to check in. Received a letter from Burnett Station Apartments, managed by Wasatch Property Management from Nathan property manager for the Metropolitan Collections properties for Burnett Station, Revo and Metropolitan apartments. same problem as itterated previously. I never subscribed to this, my cell phone never leaves my person. Figured the msg's I got were some kind of spam, then realized $5/wk was coming out of my cell phone acct. I called their number, was assured I would be taken off any list. 2 hrs later, they had the audacity to charge me $5 AGAIN. I called back, was assured they'd mail me a check for the last $5 only. E-mail may be sent from one or all of these sites (rooting through their source code, there are other sub-domains).
Each will entice the user to register, possibly giving up valuable personal information. I admit, even I was snookered by the King Interior Design site, but clues to it being fake are now obvious (hindsight LOL).

If you bought a coffeepot and it said on the box "Only works 300 times" it is unlikely that you'd buy it - but that's the truth with my Electrolux coffee pot -less than a year of weekday morning use and it is kaput - shoddy goods.

I put a down payment on a piece of land and didn't sign a purchese agreement . When I got the map with the land on it they put the restictions in micro letters so I couldn't read it. On July 23, 2010 I called to cancel the sell and they told me that I lost my money. When you purchase something like land I though you had 3 days after you signed the purchase agrement. The agreement was never signed or noterised and was never sent to me. If they did this to me how many other people has restriction on their land where it is worthless or took their moneies after they found them out. My goal is to close them down. read full review »

I went with my family to six flags gurnee we rode 40 miles to get there when we went to water park there people life gaurd said one of us can't have ride in water ride becasue i don't have bathing suit even i was in my shorts.
i could not have ride with my family my complaint is this six flags should have mention in there advertisment if some one want to go to water park must make sure to bring their swming trunks with them otherwise they would not allowed to get the rides or print on ticket.

When we moved to Colorado 8 months ago we didn't get our statement from Wood Forest. We came back in May of this year to find out that we were overdrawned $500. and our statement were returned to the bank. When we went to the bank the manager treated like we were a piece of dirt and she wanted to keep the money I gave her to get a money order. Money that was being taken out of the checking account was not to be taken out because we got insurence in Colorado. I signed a paper not to have the withdraw taken out of my checking account and it was only 65 dollars now its 500 dollars. I am hurt and they don't care about their customers. read full review »

This company keeps calling my 16 year old daughters cell phone saying she owes 600 dollars from 2004...she didn't even have a cell phone in 2004.

On the stand alone Frigidaire gas range, the vent for the oven is immediately below the touch control panel, the panel fails. The first time I used the self cleaning feature, the plastic sticker that covers the controls melted and cracked. The sheet meatal around also warped and the enamel came off, looking funky. Three years later the control panel stopped working and the oven started turning on all by itself. I can't believe there hasn't been a recall on this stove! I purchased a dress for my daughter for a video shoot. The dress she wore and tried was alright but the packed dress was with holes in it. I rung up the shop immediately and requested them to exchange and give another piece. They told me to come over and discuss. I went there but they blatantly refused saying that the child must have made holes in it. It is very obvious that and old piece was given knowingly. I took my 3 dogs (all rescues) to this "resort" for ONE weekend. Bill was over 300.00 I asked that they stay together but if there was ANY problem price was NOT an issue and to use their discretion. They had my cell number and my vets cell number. In walking into the place it was total chaos. I asked to see where my dogs would be staying. Ive worked at two different teminals in two different states. At both terminals the management constantly threaten the contractors that they will take their route away. most people pay for their routes. It is not indepentant contracting by any means. They tell you what to do. They are always right. The contractor i worked for had three routes taken from him by management. No explanation. No option to sell to recoup the money he paid for these routes. i was a contractor at one time and constantly got threatened. I sold my route out of fear of getting it taken away. read full review »

I have been a customer with Baby Phat for over 5 years now. Recently I have ordered 3 shipments of which the VALUE ON SHIPMENT was OVER the amount I paid for therefore I was charged a lot of Duties because I am from Canada. Baby Phat should only be putting the value of which customers paid for not the regular price which is more than double what I paid for. Has anyone been having problems with Ricole Realty and Michelle Sweetland. They are one of the worst property managment companies I have ever dealt with. They have been collecting rents from my properties then they are keeping the money for months and are always giving an excuse as to why they have not sent me my money. Then they will tell you the cheque is in the mail and weeks will go by with nothing coming in the mail.
They are also ignoring maintenance requests from the tenants as well as from myself.
I would like to hear of anyone else having problems with them as I want to file a lawsuit. read full review »

Rcently, our team has had a very bad experience with a couple members of oDesk. This member was the owner of Idea Foundation. His name is Rajneesh Malviya. He has left us with an incomplete site with work that still needs to be done.

Wow, what a joke of a bank. Barclays Bank's customer service department is by far THE worst I have encountered. I am surprised Frontier Airlines has not moved on to a different bank to administer the frequent flier credit card offer. The customer service at the bank is the worst I have ever experienced.
If I did not love Frontier Airlines and want the mileage credit I would have dumped Barclays Bank long ago.
