My credit card company is not helping me to stop the payments from coming off my VISA when I have sent all the tea back to sender and made attempts to contact them, but the only address is the chinese manufacturer and not the ship from distributor in the UK. I hired Konstantin A. Feder of Cooling Experts to install a complete furnace and air system at a residence I own. For the past 9 months I was wondering all of the sudden why my credit card numbers where being used for purchases I had no idea of. I signed a contract with Berg Roofing to do a complete re-roof of our house in September 2009 and the work was finished in October 2009 and paid in full. I started working with Florida Department of Revenue over a year ago to try and get my daughters deadbeat father to pay child support. I even did all the work for them, I gave him his address and gave him the name of his employer. He works 5-7 days a week, there is NO excuse for him to not be served with his court papers over a year later. I then upgraded to Mechanical Desktop when it was released. I continued on the subscription until 2008, when they both ruined Mechanical Desktop, and then dropped the product. I am hitting a wall trying to get IBSN Tax to represent me for my 2007 Tax Assessment Notice. I got query from state and I am unable to get in touch with anobody at IBSN with emails or calls. The US phone lines have got a standard message "Route is busy, please try again later" and the same is the case with the India phone lines. I don't even know what they did to the emails I sent them. Its been 5 days of trying to contact them and nothing at all. I am hearing a lot over the forums that this is not a good company to deal with as sensitive information as Tax. I have brought APC Back-UPS ES 500 for my wireless router (approx 12W load) power supply in case of power failure. Recently I have noticed that UPS is getting shutdown within 6 mins of power failure. I have called APC tech support for resolving this issue. They have told me that I need to connect at least 50W of load so that it will work as per the specs. This minimum load was not mentioned in the manual or "Run Time Chart" (provided at their website). I purchased a second hand Scorpio 2003 model and right now it has completed around 60, 000 kms. I have spent a fortune maintaininmg the Scorpio. This year alone I have spent close to Rs 1 lac on maintenace. I find the dealer and the company completely indifferent to the high cost of maintenance. I also get the feeling that since this is the older model the company has lost all interest in this model. Is the life of the Scorpio only 4-5 years?
