I purchased a Samsung SGH-A177 at ATT for my wife. Seveal days after she started using it the back cover came off and she lost it. I contacted Samsung and they said I would have to go to ATT and ask them for a cover (run around for sure). ATT said they did not have and "COULD NOT GET PARTS FOR THE PHONE". I've been a loyal customer since 2006 and have never had a late payment and always paid my full amount each month. My last payment sent Friday, July 9, which is automated from my Bank Account, didn't get processed until Monday, July 12. On the 24th of July 2010, round about 11h20, I was in an accident on the R24 (Johannesburg). I ordered the acia berry supplement and the colon clense trial offers for $.99 each. within the one month trial period I called both phone numbers and cancelled the orders. A month later I received a charge to my account for shipments on each and received orders in the mail. I returned the shipments and expected a refund. Never got it. The Subway in Rochelle IL is one of the worst. Management that steals money, tells employees not to contact them because they are going to be doing so much drugs they wont be able to answer their phones. I resently took my 2001 Lexus 300ex to Danny's Family Carwash and had them change my transmission, coolant and oil, because their price was reasonable compared to a Lexus dealer. Shortly after, I noticed fluid leaking and returned to find out that both my transmission and oil is leaking and they said that they were not responsible.
