8/3/10 To whom this concerns: Wells Fargo has hired this company Pinnacle Financial to negotiate on their behalf. They fired them w/o informing us. Now we are ready to close escrow and their new company Enhanced Recovery Corporation is saying the amount of compensation is too low and there is no negotiating it. I recently travelled on the greyhound neon bus with my husband and baby. We boarded in Manhattan with three pieces; by the time we got to the US/ Canada border, there was only two pieces. I bought this Maytag MSD2554VEY refrigerator from Pacific Sales in Carlsbad about a year ago. The day it arrived it didn't work, as in no refrigeration. My wife ordered tickets to a concert (Heart) through Ticket Triangle (why, I doon't know). The tickets should have only been $30 each, but we were charged $224. The charges wer $60/ticket plus brokerage fee. Paid $900 for a low mileage (43k) 2001 Dodge V8 engine. Inside of the engine looked like a 200k engine with inches of sludge. My mechanic said it sure didnt look like a 43k engine I did not ship it back due to the cost and assurance from ETW that it was as stated a 43k engine. (what a bunch of lies) Now that it is installed it uses (not leaks) 2 quarts of oil on a 300 mile trip. And a freeze plug between the engine and transmission started leaking. During an inspection it was discovered that the sub-frame was rotting off of the automobile. The right side welded attachment to the main frame was 70% gone, the left side was 30% gone and most of the welds of the weldment were showing signs of corrosion and fatigue.
