This plan is completely bogus! I purchased a 3-year plan for an office chair that stated "About the only thing MaxAssurance doesn't protect against are failures caused by abuse or misuse of the covered product." I have tried cancelling my order - it was a trial offer but they never provided a proper trial period as the product was not delivered until weeks after the trial period date. I tried to speak to a manager and after going through 3 girls, they left me on hold - I was on the call for 30 minutes - and 20 of those minutes were on hold. My 2004 Acura TL which I bought brand new off the dealership lot and is having cracks all over the dashboard. It has cracks above the gauges and cracks along the passenger airbag side. I talked the Acura dealership and they id that it's a wear and tare part. I also have extended warranty, and they also told me that it's a wear and tare part and it's not covered. I've seen cars that are 16 years old and the dashboard is still good. What's going with these high price luxury cars? I could of bought two cars for this. My wife had a pair of lens made by this vendor and they just did not turn out quite "right". We contacted the owner, a Steve Villani, who at first indicated the lenses were made to the script submitted. When she said they did not fully correct my vision properly he reconsidered and offerred to replace the Verilux Panamic lenses or would let me keep the glasses had, if she wanted, and try again in another frame. These came out fine and though it was a bit of a hassle and took 4-5 weeks to get a pair with the proper lenses I finally had the matter resolved and had two glasses one just so-so and the other made to the proper specifications. read full review »

To whom it may concern I had gone to Dr Moussa to have xrays done on my teeth, I was having great difficulty and needed them to be repaired. I had a panoramic and I am not sure what the other was called. I did not know that I would be going to Nova Scotia at that time and thought I would have him repair my teeth. I purchase Ultra Electric Scooter Velocity about one year back. After about 4, 000 kilo meters of usage, all four numbers Batteries have nearly exhausted and I am not able to use the Scooter for more than 10 kilometers after a full charge. The sticker on the Batteries, fitted by Ultra Motors, says these Batteries are 24 Ampere Hours, by the Chinese Manufacturers Print in the sides of the Batteries says that these are 20 Amper Hour Batteries. Picked up furniture in California on June 12, 2010 to be moved to Florence Oregon with in three to four days. The quote was for $1, 600 they made me pay $7, 600 They only deliverd my boxes that I packed and all the rest of my furniture is missing. They broke a lot of what was deliverd by not marking or wraping it in with blankets as was in contract and paid for. They will not anwer the phone or return my calls.
