This my second complaint that Pandwill willing sold defective ipad wall chargers. They received almost one million dollars in sales of ipad accessories 50% are untested and defective. My husband gave a payment of $131.25 on June 17, 2010 over the phone. This payment has not been posted as of today August 9, 2010. We have talked to numerous incompetent people that keep telling us the same story over and over again to fax over proof that we paid the bill. Warning to all when planning to dine at the Harrahs Flavor Buffet in Las Vegas. Where do I even begin...I used to work here and seen first hand some of the wrong doing done to customers by the company owner. First off, you should be aware that what you see on the website is not at all what you will get. They will send out limousines and party buses to paying customers with damaged and worn tires and other mechanical issues. I've been charged for three porno movies which was not requested by me. I called customer service and requested they be removed from my account. I was first told they were authorized to credit one of them but I demanded all three and was switched to a supervisor. He also told me he was only authorized to credit one. My traveling companion had to cancel her trip due to an illness in her family. Trip Mate reimbursed her the entire amount of the trip. They denied my claim. I went to the Kleiman Evangelista Eye Center to see if I would be a candidate for Lasik. I was not told of the complications other than the obvious, I was never told of the permanent side effects (reading glasses). I was assured that I could attain 20/20 with the surgery.
