I heard about the cats on the kijiji ad, however in my case she told me verbally that I would get registration papers for the 2 cats purchased upon proof of neuter. The appointment for neuter was made before I even pick the cats up from Jackie Jefferies. So the time frame was not the issue, the issue was SHE LIED to me!!! in 2008 I had a writ of garnishment for a debt from Capital One Bank (not my accont). I was NEVER served by this crook and he made a default judgement against me. The judgment turned to a garnishment. I am a social worker with DSHS in Washington State. I think it's rediculous how these people can bill us for a mis-calculation that was there fault in 2009 and decide now it's time for us to pay them back. I think they need to take the hit and it's lost revenue, I work in retail myself and if I make a mistake and under charge a customer on their bill I can't just call them to come back and pay the difference that I messed up on. This is something they need to just suck up and get over. Three weeks ago while traveling in Michigan, I changed the oil in my Harley and to my suprise I found the oil pan plug had been apoxied in place. I contacted the dealer (Greeley Wild West Harley) and they recommended I bring the bike in and they would look at it. They admitted goofing up with the bike by using apoxy.
