I purchased the unit on 9/19/09. The first problem became evident at start up. The compressor relay was installed upside down causing the compressor to run all the time, even without a thermostat. We went to Disney Work in Orlando and stayed at the Omni Hotel Championship Gate Resort. We checked in Wednesday, then out Sunday 08/08/2010... I got my jeans back a few weeks ago but I noticed they were still long. I came back and mentioned the problem. They told me that they were not the ones who worked on my jeans and the jeans I'm showing is still factory stitched! I was surprised by this. Submitted 80GB hard drive that was spinning and was able to see folder structure in command console but not able to in Windows. We were told that our drive would be put on the bench and tested to see if the data was recoverable. I will never buy another Kia. I have a 2009 Kia sorento and it needs a new transmission with less than 12, 000 miles. Kia doesn't not want to cover any rental costs or supply me with a loaner car.
