I ordered this product and paid the $4.95 shipping. About 10 days later called the customer service number to cancel and receive the RMA # needed to return product. Again seven days later called to request the same an RMA# and cancellation. Both times received some foreignor on the other end with very broken English that only wished to push promotions on you. 3 days later sent an e-mail to the site listed on package and 8 days later have still not received a reply. I am praying that I can get the refund of $ 99.67 as stated in their policy now that I find there is another number to call. He is selling Windows Product Keys at a very low cost which have turned out not to be "Genuine" as he says in his web site (windowskeymarket.com) and then don't answer emails. After I install Windows 7 and used the Product key purchased from him ($44.99). It'll work for a while, but then you get the message on you PC screen that the copy oy Windows is not genuine. I own a 2003 Windstar Limited. It has a little over 100K on the odometer. We were traveling on open interstate, no incline, operating with the cruise control. Without warning, the rpm's jumped up like it shifted to neutral. I tried all gears on the selector as we lost momentum - nothing. At least we could have A/C while we waited. I have brought the LG phone model KM 380 which was advertised as MUSIC PHONE expandable up to 8GB. I recently upgraded to 8GB and loaded 1500 songs. unfortunately it doesn't load more than 1000 songs. I reached out to service center at Rajajinagar, Bangalore, also escalated to Kormangala office. I signed the credit agreement and was advised that interest would be charged and I would have to pay the minimum amount by monthly direct debit after 6 months. The amount that they quoted for my move was $2500 (based upon the weight of my belongings and the distance of the move). I packed all of my belongings except my artwork. I've been with t-mobile for 13 years now and never received an upgrade. I bought one new phone from t-mobile only because I wasn't aware that I could get an upgrade (it was convienently not mentioned by the sales rep).
