One of my most terrible, unpleasant restaurant experiences thus far was at Jimmy the fish in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. I found two long, thick strands of hair lodged into the rice of my salmon rose. I found on my credit card statement that the amount that was charged was more than what we spent and I have the receipt to prove it. When I called and talked to the manager, she first asked me if I had my receipt. When I told her I had it in my hand, she then said I had put the extra money on the bill as a tip.
