LIS Mortgage told me that they could get me a loan modification on my existing mortgage. I paid them and didn't get any results. The first thing is that they had moved to another location without any kind of notification. I had to call and get a recording in order to get their new phone number. We have been using ClarkBarnella while on vacation for the past 4 years. For the past 3 years their services (pool cleaning and chemical balance) has been acceptable, but nothing exceptional. This year we were on vacation for mid July through the first week of August.
