I wanted to install their 5 ip address system, which allows you to have each of 5 computers on a separate IP address. This was advertised on TV. signed a contract and even sent in several statements telling them i am cancelling when contract is up. Even got a call from their representative and asked me why i was wanting to cancel. Now they tell me that i had to cancel 60 days prior and tell me that they have no records of me doing that...i did 120 days 90 days and 60 days. This company calls up customer, tells them that ‘they are’ your local phone company and bamboozles you into their service, with a one yr contract too boot. Good service or not, they rip people off every day! We bought an expensive tub of "nostalgia" candy from the 1960"s. When we got home and opened it, almost 50% (No Kidding) was paper stuffing. I was shocked. Even more so since the advertising was "filled to the brim with candy." I called the store and spoke to the manager, who essentially said - "too bad. can't do anything." I called corporate and left a message for the President and the Owner, as well as sending emails. No response to anything. However, I keep getting contacts from collection agencies saying I've not paid for books I've purchased. I have paid TWICE to collection agencies because I couldnt prove I paid (it is a LONG time in between contacts...Im talking years). It makes it sound as though you get the product for $4.95 as a trial for 30 days. In fact, it is a trial for 15 days from the time the order is placed. This business is great. I cannot speak for everyone but my experience with the company has been exceptional. I am now making more money than I have ever made in my life! This has allowed me to quit my walmart job, and it's also allowed me to restore my relationship with my family on the east coast being able to fly back and forth to west virginia. This store has a "policy" that customer must purchase atleast $5.00 with the EBT card. I have used it elsewhere, for as little as .50 cents with no problem. Clintonville Market is just trying to increase their sales. They say if purchase is under $5.00, you must pay an additional .50 charge. That equals another 10% in sales. This is a complaint against Dr. Jahangir Rahman who was my primary care physician. My primary care physician injected ~ 10ml of a mysterious, clear liquid from a syringe (~1cm diameter) into my left forearm on the inside, while he was supposed to inject from a regular TB syringe, 0.01ml of ppd ( the standard for mantoux TB skin test).
