First received a Charge on my card that was not authorized by anyone. I called and asked That the mony be put back into my card account. I was told that the charge was over the time limit so they could not issue refund, however they would cancell the account I and no further transactions would be charged to my card. This product is horrible. After paying $40 and being hopeful that they really could "clean up my itunes library and remove duplicates", I am totally disappointed. I was skeptical at first buying an item from the internet to help remove moles/freckles. It took almost 4 weeks to arrive.
