After purchasing a Rival Cofee maker at Wal Mart I planned to enjoy a cup the next morning. Well, I ended up with third degree burns across my right wrist. I now live with the pain, suffering and the anger of being another victim of the negligence of PIL Overseas Holdings Co. CHINA DBA Rival.
I took the initiative and searched online and found that people like me were getting burned not just by pulling the carafe out and the filter holder popping off but also by putting the carafe back and the filter holder popping off...people from all over the country!! Took all my savings to do a loan mod on my home. I even checked them out on the "Online Better Business Burea" web site, they were stellar, now they are non existant.
I contacted the Calabasas Police, Sargent Lasko 818-878-1808
He advised me to make a local police report and have it faxed to him
and he would get it over to "major crimes division" who already has about 10 complaints. I encourage everyone to do the same, even if you live out of CA, as I live in Arizona.

I have had a loan with Citi Financial for over 4 years now. they set me up on a automatic payment plan for 6 months. At the time they gave me a date of April 20th that would be the last payment due to them and then I would have to call them back to make arragements. Aafter callign them in April to fin out if the payment was going to be taken out and may, they told me that no there wer no more automatic payments wset up and that I would have to set one up for May or call my payment in. This company provides web hosting to two web sites that disseminates hate speech all over the web. That is against their own Terms. I have made three claims this month and they didn't answer me.
I'm tired to read hate speech on the Web. It's basic for the democracy the freedom of speech. However if each of us do not do anything to stop hate speech, we are going to become in an unjust society.

I bought 2 atv's from powersport max for christmas 09 the frames on both of the ATV'S was broken by the month of feburary 10 when i called them they told me that it is a knock off brand of the real atv's and i had to get someone to re weld the frames back together, i spent over 3800 dollars on these atv's and they refuse to fix them, i called back later to speak with the manager and he told me that they test the atv's and when the frames break on them they weld them back together and sale them, . I submitted a claim from my dermatologist for an in hospital procedure for my daughter. This procedure was done in May but I only received the bill from the doc in August. I assumed that te doc was dealing with Oxygen direct so never queried why I had not received one. When I phoned Oxygen to say I had received a bill, the Oxygen consultant told me to still submit even though it was late. My husband and I both felt compelled to write on this board to warn future tenants to be wary of this landlord. We are in the process of taking him to small claims for stealing 2, 800 of our security deposit.

I purchased a fan appreciaton coupon packet for $39.99. This appeared to be a very good deal, as I was told I was purchasing 4 free game tickets. Upon calling to verify how to order the tickets, I discovered that I had to purchase 2 tickets in order to get the 2 "free" game tickets - in other words, nothing is as the package was described to me. My best fried and I ordered our dresses for her wedding at Under the Veil. Her dress was 2 months late and one of the bridesmaids dress over 1 month late. $ 21.72 "cash-equivalent transaction fee" because Foreign Currency Exchange Services is classified as a "non-financial institution-foreign currency".

My daughter enrolled in BASCP program this May. We have paid two month tuition total $1386+$75(registration fee) months ahead of school start date. Then our family financial situation is changed due to unemployment, we can not afford the program. We discussed this with the program director over the phone on August 30th, 2010. They send out scam emails stating in order to get the job you need to submit your credit score using creditreport.com ...and say it will be totally free if you do. I searched the name and company name and it was a scam! they are having people go on creditreport.com, are getting charged a dollar, and if they dont cancel they get charged 12.95 every month!!! read full review »

Made an emergency dentist appointment with Adams DDS for 11:00 a.m. that same day. Showed up 10 minutes early and stated I had an 11:00 a.m. appointmet. I was told "we do not have you scheduled for an appointment today" and sent me on my way. I went home confused and still in pain. This place is nasty. There was a used waxing strip on the floor in my room and it appeared the floor hasnt been mopped in months. I mentioned it to my technician and she was so not interested in picking it up or that it would be a concern to me. Upon leaving, I expressed concern and they just didn't care and were rude to me.
