I ordered testing preparation materials for the Postal Exam from an ad in the employment newspaper. I paid $129.50 to Testing Authority Inc. on 11-20-08 and they sent me Postal Study Guide Materials with electronic access. After a few months with the materials, none of the toll free numbers or computer website were working. I would like for this company to be prosecuted to the maximum that the law will allow. Since switching from BOA to Barclay's Bank LLBEAN VISA card we have had a stream of irritating and intrusive alerts coming in by phone and email. All related to local and routine, repetitive purchases such as gas and groceries. It would appear that their "Security" branch does have a clue. We purchased an Everstar Beverage/Wine Cooler Model HDBC36ID approximately 16 months ago. Has worked great for us for the first year. I purchased a Kitchenaid Bowl Lift Stand Mixer in 2007. A few weeks ago the beater shaft housing separated from the main part of the unit and fell into a bowl of cake batter I was mixing. My son lives in Alpine Texas, his neighbor apparently did not pay his electric bill, WTU cut off my sons meter instead of the one they were suppose to. My son has a baby on the way, and two other small children. When he called and they admitted thier mistake WTU told my son that it would take 24 hours to turn his electric back on. That it did not constitute an emergency to come out and turn his back on. But the neighbor that did not pay his bill still had his electric on. this company is such a ripoff. I ordered this product on 6/25/10 canceled withing the trial period and was still charged 87.47 for a 30 day supply that i never received. The technician came out to repair our central air conditioner, told us that we just needed more freon without checking for the source of the leak beforehand. He went ahead and pumped 5 lbs of expensive R410 freon into our system and said call if it leaks out again. We did ask him where the freon was leaking from and he said he wasn't sure but it would be a real hassel to check because he'd have to check both the inside and outside units. Todays Option claims process needs all the help they can get. I am a provider the files claims with Today's Option they pay on some claims with the NU modifier and then the next 5 claims they deny as invalid procedure/modifier. This company installed our brand new air conditionor wrong making the compressor go out prematurely, it lasted only 3 summers. They refuse to stand behind their work past the 2 year warranty, which is not even long enough considering the cost of air conditioning repair. They wanted over $1300 for compressor repair and said there's no way to prove that the failure was caused by anything they did or did not do, even though a brand new air conditioner lasting a mere 3 years would lead anyone with half a brain to know the unit should last longer than that. read full review »

I won the scooter as a prize in October of 2008. I received the scooter and a certificate of origin. I went online in November of 2008 to www.rightwayatv.com/msorequest.cfm and filled out the form so I could get the title. After several months and no title, I went online again and couldnt even find the website. Our bathroom sink and utility sink, in the basement, were both over flowing whenever the washing machine in the basement, or the shower on the second floor, was being used. My boyfriend and I own a 1999 dodge dakota truck. He was at camp and i had to take the truck in to get the heating/cooling system fixed.
