A Fossil watch valued at R2600 was lost by the Mabula Driver en route from Bela Bela to Bryanston. I have phoned Mabula approximately 20 times in the past 7 months to resolve this issue and never received a call back.
On the one occasion I did manage to speak to the General Manager (Gavin Hatherley) he advised he would speak to their insurance and come back to me but has not returnd my calls since !
Having escalated to Mr Cummings at Head Office, Gavin has offered to pay towards the excess so I can claim from my own insurance.
It is now 7 months later and I am unable to claim - GUESS WHAT he is not returning my calls !! read full review »

I bought a rebuilt replacement cooling unit for my RV refigerator on July 1st, 2010. The unit does not function as it should, no cooling in the food portion and minimal in the freezer.
Jerry from RV Ice Box advised me thru a tech assistance phone call that he would replace the unit due to the problem. He said it sounds like something crystallized in the boiler area during startup.

Beware the very very fine print of what you sign at this facility.Do NOT believe in what the staff tell you as unless you see it in writing forget it.These inexperienced folks have no credibility.They advertise free membership for teens however its not so free if you cancel.When you do cancel money seems to stil come out unless you notify your bank.This facility administratively is questionable at best. read full review »

I am extremely disappointed in T-Mobile's customer service. They have now cut there customer service hours back to 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. I have had to wait 10-30 minutes before I even get a live representative on the line the last couple of months. On top of that, my reception is bad. There promise of putting a new tower in my area a couple of years ago, still has not happened. Many times they have said they would call back and have not. I have purchased LCD Bravia from sony authorized dealer on Feb'09.
It got malfunctioned in Mar'09 and entire LCD pannel got replaced by service centre.
Now LCD pannel again got defective in Aug'10, i have registered complaint through customer care and mail to sony care. Till now it was not resolved. Sony service centre told me that your LCD pannel needs to be replaced, i doubt this time it will be rightly replaced or not or if this problem can come again.

They sell none existing tickets, they never refund what you have paid. They have cheated tousands. They also operate under SEEMUSICLIVE, rogerwaterslive.net ans several other alias, "selling" champions league tickets and so many differents venues.

After that I paid nearly $ 200 American dollars and I did not get one email, nothing at all. And also they use my information to other site called millionaire. This company has deducted payment from my bank acct using multiple business names to which I have no agreements with nor have recieved any services from.
Other business names they use:Subscribers Service Center, Your Magazine Acct., and Family Readers Club. All the businesses have the same address in Blaine, MN and use the same customer service number. I was travelling from Dadar to Ahmedabad in Saurashtra Mail Sunday 12th Sept 2010
I got only 1 confirmed ticket but was needed 2 tickets so we bought normal ticket and started journey.
I was ready to pay penalty charges as applicable as me and my mother needed rest
When Ticket checker came in.i showed him both the tickets 1 was confirmed and 1 was general one.
He said you will have to pay Rs 300+ as penalty
As said i have given mentioned amount to TC.But in receipt he mentioned only Rs105 as charged

If you are planning to take Tata Indicom photonplus broadband service. Please DROP the idea immediately. They are not et all professional in service.
I was a loyal customer to Tata Indicom. When I was not using the service and asked them to cancel the service. Per them had to first send 1, 000 then 800.00 then 400.00 then finally 500.00 in order to receive the personal loan that was for my daughter's college tuition. If only I did my homework first. I don't have money. We are hard working citizens. And I was so desperate I took a chance and made a very bad decision. This is a story you have to hear about a company named Constant Contact, which a friend of mine named Getty worked at for a couple of years before he went off to one of the big financial firms on Wall Street. Do not waste your time with these people. The owner was very aggressive and rude. This place is a scam. Total false advertising. No clue what customer service is about, nor could he care less. These people should be fined somehow. They advertise $26 per gram 10k to 14k. I had 106 grams and he offered me $1500, when I said that doesn't equate to the $26 he became even more obnoxious.
