I found charges on my credit card for $32.00 on 9/3/10 from TWX 800-973-2664. I researched and found other people had the same issues and it's a magazine company making the charges. Prior to applying it was understood by my financial aid counselor that the only way I could attend was through financial aid. Completed the Masters in Criminal Justice Program but unable to receive my degree because a balance has been sent to a collection agency for over $200.o0 dollars. This company is a complete SCAM. I was told by a sales rep that after my $99 30 day trial I would be charged $20 a month for two years to have access. This sounded reasonable. I was never able to access their online courses. I tried talking to people and they promised to have the issue cleared up. They never did. The washroom was comparable to a gas station or similar public washroom, no toilet paper, paper towels, and an overflowing garbage.
