I had a car accident on Sat, 25 Sep 2010 on a gravel road 50km from Laingsburg Western Cape. My car fell in a ditch and lied on its right side. A farmer helped us and called out the towing service. They came and towed the car out of the ditch and then to Laingsburg. Time including driving at the most 2 hours. On Mon, 27 Sep 2010 he towed the car to Worchester, not more than a 150km. We arrived a-half hour early. Called as soon as we landed and were ready to be picked up. Left messages that were never returned. After multiple calls I spoke with a dispatcher and was told we booked a pick-up at 9:45PM, we still were not picked up until 10:20PM. The dispatcher simply kept insisting that some one would be coming-"shortly!" We actually waited 1 hour and 40 mins. from the original call. A Truely unforgettable experience unfortunately. Called to order pizzas for childs party was put on hold for the entire 10 mile drive down to parlor. I recently went to buy a Vauxhall car having owned one for 7 years, with their partners scheme everyone is a winner on price you either pay £13000 in the scheme or £21000 if a fool. I was offerred a Partner discount by a friend who said he would be my brother in law, another colleague got all these discounts because the dealerships falsify the papers. I bought a can of Thrifty's canned wild salmon. (no salt added) As we were eating we pulled a 3 inch long whitish opaque worm out of our mouths. It was about the size of a round toothpick in diameter with a rubbery texture. We contacted Thrifty's head office and recieved an apology but no compensation. The absolute worst customer service I have EVER recieved in my life! It's wonderful when a product you took a leap of faith to buy breaks without you causing it to, and you cannot contact the company to repair it. I bought the SL50 from Savefuel.ca, and people be warned, you NEED an EFIE to make it work at least.
