I have an auto loan with wachovia and my ex fell behind on her payments. They never contacted me and are now trying to repo my car and hold me liable. They kept making promises and made us jump through hoops to get them the information and never gave us our money back. It was $14000 in US dollars. We emailed and phoned numerous times and could never speak to an owner or manager. Also they kept sending us promotional materials and sales flyers for years afterward. I returned a slipcover that was a terrible product - very thin fabric that did not conceal the original love seat fabric. I placed a portion of the slipcover over the love seat and quickly removed the slipcover. I then packaged the slip cover and returned it in its original package. SureFit claims that there was pet hair on the product - the product was clean and in resealable condition when it was returned. Slow to provide service for mobility equipment they are under contract to provide for handicapped people. Preferred Home Care (PHC) mobility equipment department is extremely slow to provide service, or the use of a loaner, for equipment they are under contract to support. My medical insurance provider (CIGNA Health Care) uses PHC as a dedicated supplier of mobility equipment and they do not perform in a timely or professional manner. To test it out I sent messages to members whose details I was sent asking them to acknowledge my message to ensure that the company was not a scam. No one replied.
