I signed up with Vonage on Oct 19, 2008. Today is Oct 8, 2010. My contract expires on Oct 19. My account is paid in full. I want to disconnect the service because I hardly ever use my landline anymore. Yet, I cannot disconnect the service before Oct 19, 2010 without a $40 early termination fee. this is about walmart pharmacey in cleveland texas. my son just had surgrey went to walmart to have them filled and they said it would be an hour, so i told them i shopping to do, so when it was filled i went home and gave my son his meds and come to find out it was for a different person . the pharmacey had my sons name and birthdate and even asked me for my drivers license and i even had to sign for it because it was a pain meds. the name on the bottle was not my son . i will never use walmart pharmacey again. read full review »

My 94 yr old mother received this "Consumer Promotion Draw" official notification. It was actually in my father's name(however, he has been dead now for over 7 yrs). The nursing home is understaffed and they force feed medications while stating that it is a free choice to take medications or not. Forced elderly to take Delotted/Morphine to enduce death. I am a former employee of the Picture Me Portrait Studio in Redmond Oregon. CPI Corporation is THE WORST company to work for. They over charge customers AND associates for the portraits and CD's. My District Manager had me shoot her family session, then had me burn her a disk FOR FREE, AND lied to Corporate about doing so. I was one of the first state network owners and built a good relationship with the owner of the company. He had a good idea (renewable energy products/distributorship) and he talks a great game. I did some research before I sent in my laptop and I didn't find any extremely negative feedback. I sent in my laptop over a month ago and didn't hear anything until a week ago when they sent me an email knocking back the price $100 and yet I still haven't seen the check they claim to have sent. So getting paid in 7 days is a lie as well as their promise to give you your quoted price. I tried to buy ammo from this company about a year ago. I waited and waited (weeks turned into months) for my ammo and never was contacted by the company! Living in Alaska, this sort of thing happens so I contacted them. They told me the issue would be resolved and the ammo would be shipped. Well long story short, I never received my ammo, never was refunded my money and about the only thing I got from this transaction was extreme frustration. I made that mistake. The customer service was extremely poor before buying but I stupidly went ahead with a purchase. I purchased a defected pair of shoes off of her and after several attempts to get it resolved, and being well within my consumer rights, she has decided to totally ignore my emails.
