Oak Furniture Solutions of 16 Arlington Place Bristol did not deliver my goods. The took my money six weeks ago and every time I telephoned them or the courier, I was told complete lies all the time that it had been despatched. This happened on numerous occasions. They simply do not know what they are doing, except taking money. Every time I telephoned them, they told me it will be Wednesday and had been sorted and then on the Wednesday, they said it will be done by Monday, over and over again. I am a custmer of your Co. for the last so many years. But recently for the last one and half month I was facing a lot of prblems with the line. After a no.of complaints lodged with the authority, the same was restored to normalcy. But, again the same problem exists with the line getting totally dead for the last 10-15 days. No one ever answered their phone and after 15 minutes of waiting you could leave a voicemail...left 10 messages with no response, sent 18 emails to all addresses listed on site with no response and still have received my order. Paid extra for faster shipping and 30 days later have no idea if my product was even ordered.

optimum7.com purports to be functional in SEO. Unfortunately, they are extremely unprofessional. Do not expect to get anything done for your money. Also, do not expect to have your reputation restored or any of your websites in the first page. When I asked for an accounting of what was completed for the hours billed, I was told that they did not need to report their hours. I used to like Pickles Pub until an hour ago. The "bouncers" at Pickles let me in and after I had found my seat decided to kick me out. They said my boyfriend was not allowed to have a knife in the pub. After we both complained about having to go home and get rid of the knife AFTER we were already let in, the bouncer got loud and proud. We had wristbands and agreed to go home and put the knife away but the brave bouncer decided to literally scream for us not to come back. I ordered (on line) 4 latex pillows for 183.00. I received the pillows and they measured 14x22. I left a voicemail and email and never received a response. I was able to get thourgh finall to Customer Service and the representative (Sarah) advised me that the company had never received complaints about the pillows before (suggesting that the problem was ME, not the pillows). I would not recommend buying from Pella. We found the same doors at Lowe's for $800 cheaper, but went with Pella for their "Superior service and installation". That was a bag of crap. Doors came in the first time with factory defects in one and unfinished with the other. Never could get a hold of anyone without having to complain to a manager, then the person would call back. I bought a pair of Caribbean Sun sunglasses about 5 months ago. They were $68 and offered glass lenses which in other brands have proven much less prone to scratches than plastic lenses.
