The heater in my dual climate control jeep does not work properly. I have been researching this problem and found that I am not the only one with the issue. The problem seems to be fixed by doing one of two things, I could take it to the dealer and pay anywhere between $1, 00 - $2, 500 to have them fix it or I could buy an aftermarket part from a company called heatertreater for $150 dollars and do it myself (which requires cutting things behind my glove box). I ordered what I thought was a trial bottle of Diet Max for $1.49. I received the order within a few days, however, money has been taken out of my checking account four (4) times since then including a charge of $87.47. The pills came in an envelope with nothing in it except for the bottle of pills. I have just spent 20 minutes on the phone with a tellemarketer, (the number associated with the withdrawal from my checking account). This company took $99.95 out of my bank acccount without my knowledge or permission. I googled their information and read many complaints. Looks like they get your information from the internet, payday loan applications. Apparently, they send you a trial notification via email. I searched my email account and did found it under spam. Early this summer I bought a pressure washer at Canadian tire, I washed my motor home and part of the house, it stopped working, I then put it in my garage and later returned it to the store around 30 days after purchase. I have been a customer of Reliance Home Comfort/Energy pretty much since they first started advertising. The first year they seemed to do a good job when they did my yearly inspection of my furnace and my a/c. Additional options were not approved at the time of renewal of the our web site is an act of malfeasance at their hosting site. They added security options which were not needed nor requested. They dropped these options when complaints were made but would not complete any refund for these services.
