One of the worst customer service experiences ever. The staff at this location is extremely rude. It's rare to encounter people who are so inconsiderate and oblivious to customers needs. I experiences a few minor problems with my rental truck, and instead of helping me, they continually blamed me and threatened to lump on additional charges. After signing the agreement with this company the nightmare began. Everything was scheduled, the day before pickup the schedule person called and insisted they be allowed to pick up furniture 6 hours earlier than scheduled. Drop off was scheduled for 1 week later. I received a damaged TV from Vanns. I placed the order last week. The TV was finally at the shippers location yesterday, the day of delivery. I am tired of complaining to Bellaliant about my Internet speed dropping and stalling my downloads to a complete stand still.
