Repeated messages are not answered when addressed to the given e-mail address to this company to report discs with inaccessible material and about a 100% failure rate in playing episodes on the discs. The discs are like an old time phonograph broken record playing the same spot over and over. In the case of the discs episode play freezes and cannot be continued unless one could lift the lazer beam and shift it to a new location. My Bauer goalie skates are falling apart, and they're less than two years old! The hard plastic cowling around the boot, which is there to protect your foot from the puck, is cracking in more than one place. Bauer will sell you a new cowling, but the cost to buy it and get it installed is about the same cost as the skates were new! A better deal: buy someone else's skates. I bought a 12 wk kitten from this same breeder (July 11, 2010) he weighted 1.14 lbs. The fur on the end of his tail was sparce, I thought it was because he chewed it while playing.
