Although I received product quickly, my first order was incorrect. I was asked to send the initial order back and they would send me the correct merchandise immediately and credit my card when the first merchandise was received. I shipped the first order back immediately (and even paid for that shipping). After approximately five months and four contacts to the company by e-mail and phone calls I have yet to be reimbursed. I received a check from SMI Investments. This check was deposited from SMI Investments to my checking account after instruction from SMI Investments. After this check cleared in the banks accounts it then was wired western union to SMI Investments strictly by instruction of SMI Investments. My checking account was then their after over drafted. These people were renting a double wide mobile home that were in for ONLY 4 months. AKC was about to come out to inspect their kennels sothey up and moved before AKC could get there. The conditions found in the dog kennel area was bad enough as there was green stuff floating in most of the water bowls, NO food bowls (dogs had to eat from the dirt!). My husband filed an EI claim in June. Somehow there was a type-o in his mother's maiden last name, so they denied the claim. He then spent half a day at the EI office to prove he is who he is. By August 29th, they managed to change the status of his claim to 'new information'. It is now Nov 16th and the claim has STILL not been processed, despite numerous phone calls and office visits. This campground provides only four showers (two for women; two for men) for an excess of 290 camp sites. The showers are in individual rooms which also include a toilet and sink but do not have shower curtains to prevent water from splashing outside the shower stall. Ate at the restaurant over the weekend. I cannot tell you how bad it is, how do they stay in business. The service is horrendous, food is cold with no taste (especially the RUBBER calamari salad) and when you are finally at wits end you speak to a "manager" (Tony) that could not manage a hotdog cart. There is an empty site 907; in 9th Cross, 24th Main, HSR Layout, Sector 1 and the owner of the site does not clean it or maintain it ever. On 9/22/10 I unknowingly signed up for membership at $159. I immediately (within minutes while the charge was still 'pending' on my banks statement) contacted them and they directed me to a refund form. I completed it, following the instructions to a tee. No one is questing the watches, even though after their normal 5 year warranty they typically break. If they break before the warranty they will replace the watch if they don't currently have any in stock. That brings up the problem with the company. I just checked with my bank and the customer servive associate advised me that there were approximately $2.00 taken from my checking account. This withdraw has placed my account in the nagitive area and I will have to pay overdraft fees because of it. Opened new box of Post Select Great Grains, raisins, dates and pecans. Added milk, looked down and found what looked like a stick at first glance. I picked it out and found it hard. It's about one and perhaps 1/4 inches long and looks like it could be a bone. One end looks like it could be a joint.
