This is a online order shop for party items. Everything OK until you order. After our order was placed, we only recieved 2 out of 3 items (granted it was only worth 15 pounds) and an Email saying that the last item will follow. There are a lot of pop ups whilst you are ordering asking you to add to your order. It's very difficult to get out of these pop ups. Also they say the s&h is 7.95 but they add that to every item you order. You don't receive a total at the end of your order so they take extortionate amounts from your credit card immediately and claim to deliver in 2-6 weeks. The site offers DVD box sets and ways to trade with them with all of the usual methods of returns, tracking your parcel etc. It does not work. Once you have parted with your money they are very difficult to communicate with if there is a problem. The website itself looks good, but here is the problem: I ordered a laptop on 2/20/2010 for $254.90 and never received the laptop nor my money back. You can not get a hold of this company. I went as far as filing a report with the better business bureau in Tyler, TX and they couldn't get them to respond. They have had several bad reports on this company. They do not respond to inquiries. They do not answer their phone; however, they seem to periodically clear the full voice mailbox so it can be refilled by irate customers. You cannot email them outside of their website. They do not respond to certified mail. Please contact the Better Business Bureau if you have been given the runaround by this company. I purchased an antique sterling teapot from this auction house for $1850. Upon receiving the item I noticed two missing pieces of silver to the body with a piece of metal affixed to the reverse so that the pot would mot leak. The lid of the teapot was also repaired. I called inquiring about internet service. Next thing I know, they've delivered internet box and sent tech to wire it! When I called saying I didn't say I WANTED it, as I had asked they fax a copy of my current phone contract to me first, they argued and said I had answered YES to their quesitons, when even their recording shows I had asked for the fax first! I used care-free exteriors to repair roof and install new windows. The roof is leaking where the house and garage meet. My leather jacket hanging on the wall is ruined with mold mildew. The windows (larmco) have as much condensation on them as the old ones which had bad seals, larmco said condensation is from poor installation.
