Was with them for years, then all of a sudden I'm missing pages all the time. Even got to the point where I bought a new pager thinking it was broken. Heaven forbid should you speak with the owner JJ who does not tell Scott (the gatekeeper) that a discussion took place let alone an appointment was set and you show up on that particular day. I contacted this company to repair a non working tiolet in my home. The phone person was very nice and seemed professional. A date and time was arranged and the plumber was sent out. He came and left without repairing the tiolet. I contaced the company and was told someone would be sent out no charge to fix the probelm at hand. On Aug 26 2010 I ordered a garmin GPS from the Richmond Hill Sorce Store. This company website has items listed as in stock, but when you order you immediately get an email that tells you the last one was just shipped and they expect a new shipment within a week. This site is suppose to be a site where children can talk about their webkinz hobby. Sad to say that the administrator of this site is rude to the members and has been known to use insulting remarks to the users. My daughter experienced this.
