The first time was to reassure me the tickets were legit and the second time to say they would be in the post that Friday. Needless to say they never arrived. Returns are at your expense unless it's faulty / wrong but you then need to send them proof of postage costs. I ordered a magazine subscription on May 3rd 2009 and paid for it. I didnt receive any magazine for a number of weeks so I contacted them. I received an email from them asking if I would like to keep my order and they will reprocess it. It was a good price so I said yes. After another few weeks I still didnt receive anything. Vodafone USB stick Model K4505Z HSPA+ which was purchased by us on 20 October 2010. It is now 26 November and we have been back to the Vodashop, Hout Bay 9 times to tell them that there must be something wrong with the USB.
