On 23rd October 2010, I delivered 8 timber dining room tub chairs to Padstow Upholstery in Sydney with the promise from the business 0wner that the chairs would be restained and re-upholstered no later than 21 days from delivery to the factory. I went to Sears in Paramus to purchase a new car battery. After getting home with the battery, I observed that it was not a new battery (which I had paid for), but instead a USED battery. I went back to Sears to try to talk to someone, but no one cared. They claimed that it was a "mistake." It was not a mistake, it was them selling me a used item and calling it new.
