I emailed them and after 2 emails, they sent me the required RA# I needed to return the item. I returned the item and haven't heard from them since. I was quoted 126 items and the quantity was verified on the phone by the customer service rep. They sent me an e-mail back 5 hours later and said we can only give you 126 of this item. I've worked for this company as a sub for 5 years. I've seen them take money away from there subs that was theres. They let workers drink 0n the jos and have no control of it. they hire crimals and they go into your home without supervisers. The company sent two boys with no experience to move my belongings. I watched as one of them tried to take the lazy route of moving a stereo speaker then dropped it on the ground. David Manning promised a loan to complete our project. He stated that it was ready to fund ad that he needed upfront money to complete the transaction.
