WE went to what we thought was an update from RCI on their points system. Purchased 8 case's of PurAqua Spring Water...Today noticed that some brown particles floating in an sealed and closed bottle...Had consumed about half the case of water (24 bottles). The remaining bottle all had the particles floating in them...What is this? Is the water safe to drink? I have the same complaints as all the others. The latch broke off, have to jerk the door open. The prongs on the racks are rusting off. It makes a horrible groaning, grinding noise, possibly a motor or belt. The decibel level is 64-66 depending on how bad the noise is. It also runs for about 2 1/2 hours. We purchased 9 appliances from Sargent Appliance, Rochester, Mi which were installed in December 2005 (approximately $13000). We also purchased extended warranties on 5 of those appliances through Sargent Appliance. We were not given a copy of the warranty to read prior to purchase but were told it covered everything with the exception of damage caused by mistreatment.
