I bought a pair of alexandrite earrings. When they were looked at by a certifiied gemologist, the stones were of two diffent grades and the quality was very low. They do not let you know what is going on. Talked to the case worker on 5/10/2011 and the doctor was to call and let us know something. As of today 5/13/2011 we have not heard for him. They Bothered me till I agreed to do one of theie vacations and I picked pigeon forge cabin. The deal was to listen to their sales pitch.. When I picked my date the lady said ok that the dates I picked were ok but I had to pay a refundable deposit of 75 dollars. I had alread paid for the trip but agreed. Two years ago we downloaded Cyberdefender's free software to protect against computer viruses. My husband upgraded our package and subscribed to a two year service contract for $254. They advertised these two whitening products to be used together for making teeth whiter in a sample form for a total of $21.60 and then two weeks later they bill you again for $79.95 saying that you agreed to a monthly charge if you didn't cancel within 14 days of receiving your sample products. I don't know whose bright idea it was, Security was involved, in coming up w/ these "image" ATMS where it takes a picture of the checks you're depositing.
