I signed up for "myshopperdiscount" via a solicited phone call, on Feb. 22. I was told I would be getting information about this in the mail in 7 to 10 days. As of March 15, I still have not received anything via mail. I just received my bank statement, where the $2.95 was charged. However, I was also charged an additional $2.95 for "myleisurediscount" on the same day, aswellas, another $1.00 charge for "usmagazine". All these charges were done on the same day. Harassing phone calls to ALL my family members, even my grandpa stating he will be taking legal action against me for a debt that he won't tell me anything about. He won't mail me anything and is extremely rude and threatening. It is illegal. My family will no longer answer the calls and I will record any calls I receive from them. I ordered the Biggest Loser 10 seasons - I paid good money 5 DVDs did not work. There were commercials and election coverage all through one season . Parts were missing from another episode and one episode was missing altogher from another season. I was willing to overlook that but the 5 DVDs that did not work needed to be replaced. Chrystal Brooks said that she would replace them if I sent them back - which I did in January. Needless to say I have not received the replacements and now she will not respond to any of my emails. read full review »

I purchased a Links of London bracelet, which turns out not to be a Links of London bracelet, as a gift along with several charms. The charms are complete rubbish, they haven't even managed to paint the charms correctly, attached pics of some of them. My parcel came all the way from Hong Kong, nobody answered any of my emails I sent them as this has arrived well over a month later, I spent over a £100 in total for this. I filed a harrassment complaint at pf changs that was clear cut. The employee that harrassed me was in the wrong and we all agreed with that. He hunted down my phone number and texted me outside of work with hurtful and unfounded comments. Human Resources did NOTHING. Did not even write him up. I placed an order for service with AT&T online and paid a deposit of $75. I contacted a rep after receiving an email requesting additional follow-up. I was told an additional $200 was needed for cable. I then cancelled the order and requested my refund since I do NOT have service with them. I have been given the run-around ever since. Each time I call I am transferred to other departments, told that I would receive a check refund, then I was told a refund would go back to my card... in 5-7 weeks!!! I have filed a BBB complaint. i have century link home phone service and i got a $19.99 charge on my phone bill. i never signed up for store front riches inc. and no one in my family signed me up but somehow they got my number, my email, and my address. I NEVER got a confirmation email either from them like they said i did in order to cancel. my phone comapny sent back the charge and put a block on my phone. what kind of a company is this? it sounds like a scam to me, not to mention it took me forever to get through to customer service(probably because so many people are getting charges on their phone bill!) read full review »

We are owed over $27, 000.oo from usm for snow removal, dates starting back to December 3, 2010 and ending March 7, 2011. They keep prolonging this process now for weeks and months. USM keeps sending back work orders they say are wrong, we fix them and send them back. All the invoices that are correct from January, February, and March still aren't being payed. Bosh charges a premium for their products and if the products were better, the charge would be justifiable. I purchased a dishwasher model SHY56A05UC/23 to have the control board fail on it within the warranty period. No big deal the part was exchanged and only had to pay the service fee. Now that the same part has failed outside of the warranty period at $260. plus service charge and Bosh says the part is no longer covered. the same part fails twice in less that 3 years and the bosh just throws up their hands and says sorry. I ordered the "Mad Men" box set of seasons 1-4. BAD! It was obviously recorded right off of the television; the AMC logo was in the bottom corner, as well as the "TV 14" in the upper corner. The subtitles were completely misspelled and did not match up to the words being spoken - a clear indication that this was not from the distributor, but from someone who had no grasp of the English language. I wanted to try the free trial for just $6.95 for the shipping, I decided to upgrade to the double strengh for $44.92. I figured that was the price for the product and shipping. Today I get charged another $87.95 for the product I paid $44.92 for. I called them and they said that was the price of the product because I kept it for more that 14 days. The shampoo, conditioner, and serum. The stuff does not work and no shampoo, and conditioner is worth $132.87. Even if it did work. You would have to be crazy to pay that a month. read full review »

I hired Safelite to fix a very small chip in my windshield. The technician looked at the repair, told me it would be no problem, took my money and began to work on my car. He never mentioned that there was a risk the repair could lead to a crack in my windshield. Three hours later I returned to my car to discover a six inch crack (now expanded to a twelve inch crack), a receipt, and a copy of their warranty which strictly limits their liability to the application of the repair cost to a replacement. I always follow my checking account and noticed 3 moths ago a charge for $13.95. I called the number that comes with the transaction, and it told me to call another number that wasen't even a number. My bank cancelled my debit card and refunded the money. Next month it happenedagain. Same process same results. All cancelled and refunded again. Now the third month and the charge is back!!! WTF! Many of our existing Marvin windows need service and after three calls and inspections I just gave up. Tata Docomo prepaid and Tata Indicom postpaid is providing worst service in the sector, compared to any other service provider in Panjagutta. Calls are getting dropped in between, GPRS is unable to connect, network strength is wavering each second. Complained at least 15 times from each phone of 5 here and having connections 10+ in my stay. Via their website, I notified EZPass that I left my tag in the car I traded in. They sent me a replacement tag (no letter or instructions attached). I mounted it. Two weeks later they sent me another tag (don't know why - no letter or instructions). I replaced the tag I previously mounted. I have since received 12 violations from the earlier tag. Apparently it wasn't functional. I should not be responsible for the earlier tag not registering. It was their error. The violations total $208. It's a unjust hardship for me to have to pay these fines. read full review »
